Admission Procedure

Terms and Conditions :

Admission forms are to be filled in carefully and submitted in the school office before the last date.
The form for classes Nursery to Kg/Daycare must accompany original and photo copy of birth certificate issued by Municipal Corporation/Local bodies as applicable.
Age for admission in 1st is 6+, K.G. is 5+, nursery is 4+, Pre-Nur is 3+ and playgroup is 2+. Daycare is from 1.5 year onwards.
Fee is to be paid in three installments through Cash / Any Online Payment Mode
Fee once paid is not refundable for any reason.
The fee is to be paid through cheque. The name of the child/class/school should be written at the backside. In case where cheque given for any payment is disowned by bank, penalty of Rs.250 will be charged.
Students are not allowed to bring money or valuables to school.
Parents are required to attend the open house meetings.
Parents must check student's handbook and envelope regularly.
Parent should co-operate with the school in every way required.
Parents are requested to encourage hygienic and healthy habits in their wards.
Mid-term withdrawals are not allowed except under special circumstances.

Requirements at the time of Admission :

Admission form dully filled up
Authority card dully filled up
Xerox copy of child's Birth Certificate
8 passport size photographs of the child
2 passport size photographs of mother and father
One passport size photograph of grandparents (maternal & paternal)
5"*7" size family photograph(mother, father, child & sibling if there

Do's and Don'ts for Parents from their Kids :

I am sent to school 10mins before the time. After getting six late marks (i.e. 10mins after the school time), I will not be allowed to attend the class for the day.
Kindly trim my nails on regular interval to avoid any kind of mishap in the class.
I should not wear any gold ornaments to school. If it is lost or it causes injury to any child, school will not be responsible for the same.
Label all the belongings in my school bag. Kindly check my school diary mat to find out any circular sent by my school. Any letter from your side should be put in the diary.
I must wear my school ID card daily.
An extra pair of clothes, a napkin, a handkerchief and a polythene bag must be sent in my school bag every day.
Send me in diapers for the first 20days. Sport shoes must be worn during field trips and as per mentioned in the activity schedule.
Send me in school uniform from Monday to Friday. I can wear casuals on every Saturday and every Wednesday I will wear a dress as per the color of the month.
Kindly fill up the "General Information" given at the time of admission and submit it in the office within a week.
The person other than the parent who comes to pick me up must carry the "Authority Card".
Refer monthly activity schedule & syllabus & keep yourself updated with the school working.
Please deposit my monthly tution fee by 10th of every month. Late fee will be charged Rs 100 per week.
ATTENDANCE IS COMPULSORY ON OPEN HOUSE DAYS to discuss about my progress.
Do not send me to school if I am suffering from cold, cough & viral infection. Send a medical fitness certificate before sending me back to school
The Van facility will be available from the date of commencement as per the time given by the school authority. Kindly wait on the given spot 10mins before the time informed. Initial 15days will be a route adapting period, so van may be delayed or may arrive early.
